What counts as a field technician?
A field technician is a person with the technician role who is actively on the team doing the work. Supervisors, admins, and requesters are not field-technician seats.
Do office users cost extra?
No. Office users, admins, supervisors, and requesters are included on Core and Business. The price follows field technicians and organization sites.
Can I add more technicians?
Yes. On Core, each additional field technician is $15 per month or $150 per year. On Business, each one is $12 per month or $120 per year.
Can I add more sites?
Yes. Core includes 1 organization site, then $49 per month or $490 per year. Business includes 3 organization sites, then $39 per month or $390 per year. Enterprise is custom.
What is a site?
An organization site is one of your branches, plants, or yards. A customer building you visit is a service location, not another site.
Do you charge extra for voice updates?
No. Speak Job Update is included on Core and Business. There is no per-update price on this page.
Do I have to pay for setup?
No. Self-service onboarding is included. Guided Setup is $750 one-time. Data migration and configuration starts at $1,500. Enterprise implementation is custom.
What happens if my team grows?
Add field technicians and organization sites, or look at Business when the included counts fit a larger team. The estimator on this page shows both prices for the same team.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Core and Business are the same product with different included counts. Talk with us when you want to move. This page is not a checkout.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Save 2 months. Core is $1,490 per year. Business is $2,990 per year. Additional technicians and sites use the same 10-months-for-12 pattern.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is Contact Sales. There is no public monthly price. It is for governance, security, integrations, implementation, and scale.
Are Planned items available today?
No. Planned means it is on the roadmap and not shipping. SSO, SCIM, advanced roles, and the API are Planned.
